A real estate brand, built digital-first.
The Challenge
Bri Stibler had deep, hands-on knowledge of the Parry Sound and Muskoka markets. But her buyers live in the GTA, hours away, choosing agents from a screen. She needed a digital presence that carried her expertise to them: a website that converts, content that ranks, and a lead engine that can drive conversions.
The Solution
The architecture came down to a simple principle: the whole site is content, not code. A Sanity CMS became the source of truth for everything, blog posts, listings, notable sales, FAQs, the link tree, even the homepage, so the agent runs it all from one Studio with no developer in the loop. Next.js is just the presentation layer. On top of that came a faithful rebuild of the original design with a fluid type system and consistent motion language, a full SEO and LLM layer baked in (structured data, sitemap, robots, llms.txt, per-page metadata, social cards), and a contact form wired straight to her inbox.
The Outcome
A fast, self-managed site the agent fully owns, live on her own domain, scoring 95/100 on desktop with perfect accessibility, best-practices, and SEO. She publishes a blog post, adds a listing, or reorders her link tree herself in minutes. The bigger shift is independence: the site is light enough to run without a developer and structured to grow, so new pages and features drop in without a rebuild. A foundation, not an endpoint.
