Wavy

A fast-tracked brand and website refresh.

The Challenge

Wavy had recently evolved its platform, but their existing brand and website no longer reflected the direction or maturity of the company.

With new features and positioning in place, they needed to quickly update how they presented themselves to customers, partners, and investors. The current site created confusion and didn't support conversion or storytelling around the updated product offering.

Wavy approached us for a rapid refresh that could match their new vision and enterprise ambitions.

The Solution

We led a two-month sprint to reimagine Wavy's brand and digital experience. We began with stakeholder interviews and persona work to ground the refreshed identity in customer needs and internal goals. From there, we developed a modernized brand system, including updated typography, color, and tone, to better align with Wavy's evolved mission.

On the UX side, we redesigned the site architecture and key user flows to drive clarity, credibility, and conversion. The result was a high-fidelity web experience that showcased Wavy's value while making navigation intuitive and the brand story memorable.

The Outcome

Wavy's updated brand and website helped reposition the company for scale. Since launch, they have surpassed $1 million in revenue, raised over $2 million in venture capital, and onboarded some of Canada's largest enterprise customers.

Feedback from users and stakeholders has been overwhelmingly positive, with many noting the clarity and polish of the new experience. The refreshed identity has become a foundational asset as Wavy continues to grow and expand its footprint in the market. What started as a fast turnaround became a lasting transformation.
